Important Terms & Conditions
All prices mentioned in the product descriptions include 22% VAT (Value Added Tax = sales tax levied in the European Union and included in the retail prices) unless mentioned otherwise. If you are ordering from within the European Union, you will be charged VAT. Customers outside the European Union are responsible for all customs and import duties in the destination country, and Suvies cannot be held responsible for those costs. These duties vary by country; therefore, We are unable to advise you on the costs. Please contact your local customs authorities for detailed information. To order from our online boutique, you must be at least 18 years of age. You can order directly from the online boutique or by sending an email to us or by giving us a phone call.
Shipping

| All orders are handled on the principle of "first come, first served". After receiving your order, we will send you an email confirmation. Please check that all information is correct and let us know as soon as possible of any possible changes. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact Suvies and we will investigate what has happened. Our products are usually sent out within two-three weeks. We will let you know if dispatch takes longer than two weeks as well as the reason for the delay. Please remember that some countries have restrictions on what goods can be imported. If such restrictions apply to your country, we will contact you to find a solution to the problem. If we are unable to ship the products, we will naturally refund your money. |
Delivery costs

| We calculate shipping and packaging costs based on the total value of your order. The total order value includes VAT 22%. We normally use Finnish priority mail, but if you wish to cut down on costs and wait a little longer for your package to arrive, we can also send it by economy post.
In Europe (EU and non-EU countries), you can expect to receive your priority mail package within 2-8 working days. Deliveries to all other countries take 6-14 working days. Deliveries by economy mail to European countries take 5-12 working days and all other countries, 7-30 working days. (Information supplied by Posti Finland Post.)

Payment

| The final payment is always charged in euros according to the rate of the day. You can pay by bank transfer. We will send our bank account details to you by email so that you can complete the transaction. We will set aside the item(s) you wish to order for 14 days starting from the day after we send the payment instructions to you. We should receive your payment within 14 days otherwise the item(s) will be returned to the online boutique for other customers to purchase. |
Returns

| We hope our customers are pleased with their purchases, and we pay a great deal of attention to the quality and details of our products. However, should you wish to return or exchange your purchases (or some of them), please do so within 14 days of their receipt starting from the day after you have received the package. Contact Suvies before you return any items and let us know why you wish to return our products. We will then expect a package from you and be in a position to improve our service.
We need to underline that all items you wish to return or exchange must be unused and in their original condition. Please ensure that the products are packed carefully before you return them in order to avoid damage. Suvies will not be held responsible for the costs of any returns. Retain the receipt from the post office; Suvies will not be held responsible for the loss of returned goods. If you wish to exchange a product, we shall charge you for the new shipping costs.

Return of products damaged in transit or faulty products

| If you receive damaged or faulty goods, you can return them to Suvies within 14 days of receipt (starting from the day after you have received the package) and we will reimburse the return shipping costs. Please contact Suvies before you return any items. (It would also be very helpful if you are able to attach some photos of the damaged goods in your email.) If the product can be repaired, we will do so free of charge. If this is not possible, we shall replace the product or refund your money. Suvies will cover all shipping costs incurred when returning a repaired or replaced product. Please remember this only applies to a damaged or a faulty product. |
Other terms and conditions

| All prices, including postage and packaging, remain in force until further notice. Suvies reserves the right to change prices and/or terms and conditions as necessary. However, if your order is being processed, we will not suddenly raise the costs.
Please remember that the colours you see on your monitor may differ from the colours of the actual products due to different colour representation on various screens.

All information that Suvies receives from customers is purely for the purpose of handling orders and customer relations, and it is kept confidential.
