Shikhar Sambhaav, a Communication Designer from Pune's Symbiosis Institute of Design, is a 1st generation entrepreneur.
Inspired by global recipes of healthy grilled food, he
empowered himself with hands on training in the Food Industry.
Having learnt all the nuances, he put them to practice with his first venture - a self designed unique 'BBQ Street Food Cart' which gained unparalleled popularity among all age foodies in Pune.
His passion for a perfectly cooked mean and the zeal to
explore untapped global flavours drove him towards a
Precision Cooking French Technology called 'Sous Vide'.
But, eating habits of GenZ being evolved with convenience
playing a primary focus, 'Ready to Eat' meals and 'Home
Deliveries' became key aspects on his mind.

WHY SOUS VIDE?
Sous-vide (French for 'Under Vacuum') also known as low temperature long time cooking, is a method of cooking in which food is place in a pouch and cooked in water bath for longer than usual cooking times at an accurately regulated temperature.
This keeps the protein more fresh and juicy and also lets the nutrients stay intact as it cooks the juices in its own juices.
Also, it facilitates development of desired Organoleptic Flavors which give a unique experience via the senses including taste, sight, smell and touch.
