Shikhar Sambhaav, a Communication Designer from Pune's Symbiosis Institute of Design, is a 1st generation entrepreneur. Inspired by global recipes of healthy grilled food, he empowered himself with hands on training in the Food Industry.

 

Having learnt all the nuances, he put them to practice with his first venture - a self designed unique 'BBQ Street Food Cart' which gained unparalleled popularity among all age foodies in Pune.

 

His passion for a perfectly cooked mean and the zeal to explore untapped global flavours drove him towards a Precision Cooking French Technology called 'Sous Vide'.

 

But, eating habits of GenZ being evolved with convenience playing a primary focus, 'Ready to Eat' meals and 'Home Deliveries' became key aspects on his mind.
